One of my first published gigs after graduating from the Kubert School was a stint at Personality Comics. I would do occasional pinups for their comics featuring celebrity bios. Shown below are some drawings I did for their issue devoted to Paula Abdul.

Looking back at 'em now, I can see a lack of line variance and too much reliance on photo reference. On the other hand, I was under her spell at the time which I think shows through.
